Newly built villa Sax is a modern villa located in St Jean, less than 2 min walk from the beach, shops, restaurants, Nikki Beach and Eden Rock. It has 4 bedrooms with ensuite bathroom (4th bedroom is on the lower level), a fully equipped American kitchen and a spacious living/dining room that open onto the pool terrace.
Rates
High Season (11 Jan - 15 April): 2 br $21,000 - 3 br $26,000 - 4 br $31,000 per week
Summer Season (16 April - 14 Dec): 2 br $15,000 - 3 br $18,000 - 4 br $21,000 per week
Christmas and New Year's (15 Dec - 10 Jan): $52,000 per week
Please add on these above rates 5% island tax. For your convenience, we accept Euro currency and payments by bank wire transfer.
