Villa Sunrise has breath taking views over the bay of St. Jean. The villa has four spacious bedrooms, each with private bathroom. There is a large terrace and one semi-outdoor dining area. The villa has an ‘open lifestyle’- you live mostly outdoor close to nature. Floor pebbles massage your feet as you walk bear foot in the villa. Pure ZEN luxury. - "Great Week On The Island! Villa Sunrise is located in the best part of the Island. The views of St Jean Bay are the best. The exterior space is fabulous. We hosted a party with 20 people and had room to spare. Peggy and Phillipe are very helpful when needed. I also rented villa Mystique previously. The difference between the two is that Mystique's bedrooms are slightly better and has an infinity pool but Sunrise has the awesome exterior space. All in all, great time had by all" John H. 2/25/16

We hosted 40-50 people for The Rehearsal Dinner at Villa Sunrise which was a perfectly comfortable and spectacularly situated event none of our guests will ever forget. Villa Sunrise is also located very centrally and comfortably in Saint Jean, near shops and conveniences without the congestion of Gustavia. It is well equipped and spaceous. High Season (11 Jan - 15 April): 1 or 2 br $18,500 - 3 br $19,500 - 4 br $21,500 per week
Summer Season (16 April - 14 Dec): 1 or 2 br $16,000 - 3 br $16,950 - 4 br $18,250 per week
Christmas and New Year's (15 Dec - 10 Jan): $42,500 per week
Please add on these above rates 5% island tax. For your convenience, we accept Euro currency and payments by bank wire transfer.
