• High Season (11 Jan-15 Apr): 2 br $14,500 – 3 br $16,500 – 4 br $17,500 per week
• Low Season (16 Apr-14 Dec): 2 br $9,500 – 3 br $11,500 – 4 br $12,500 per week
• Christmas and New Year’s (15 Dec-10 Jan): $39,900 per week
