Luxury Penthouse Sunwave is a top floor 110 m2 (1184 sq ft) apartment in “The Corner Eleven” small residence located in Simpson Bay, the best spot of Sint Maarten. You have everything right at your doorstep; Kim Sha Beach is less than 5 minutes walk and so is Market Garden Supermarket. There are also lots of restaurants, bakeries, bars, casinos, pharmacy, bank/ATM within walking distance.

The large master bedroom has a king size bed, lots of storage space and its own full bathroom. The unit has 1.5 bathrooms total. You will also find the comfortable living room with a large sofa, flat screen tv and a fully equipped kitchen. There is a large private balcony with a nice view on the Simpson Bay Yacht Club Marina and a beautiful swimming pool in a luxurious garden. Luxury Penthouse Sunwave has its own laundry room with washer and dryer for your convenience.

Rates

• Summer Season (16 April – 1 December): $125 per night
• High Season (1 December – 15 April): $199 per night
• Christmas, New Year’s and Regatta: $249 per night

Please add on these above rates 5% island tax + $75 cleaning fee. 3 nights minimum stay. We accept US$ currency and payments by bank wire transfer. Bitcoin ฿ also accepted.
