Rates

• High Season (05 Jan – 14 April): 1,100€ per night, 3 nights minimum.
• Summer Season (15 April – 21 Dec): 800€ per night, 3 nights minimum.
• Christmas and New Year’s (22 Dec – 05 Jan): 2,500€ per night, 14 nights minimum.
• Bucket and Thanksgiving: 1,800€ per night, 7 nights minimum.

Please add on these above rates 5% island tax. Note that you will have the rental guarantee protection and services from a real estate agency but you will not pay any agency. For your convenience, we accept Euro currency and payments by bank wire transfer.
